The Basics:

Our Sales Reps have the ability and energy to develop and grow accounts in a designated local territory with validated sales techniques like cold calling and relationship building. You will need a strong desire to learn about our products and the technically proficiency to market our expansive product line to municipalities, schools, hospitals, manufacturing plants, federal government, and military bases. It is critical to know what differentiates our high-quality products as the best available.

What you'll do:

You will cold call with targeted industry contacts
You will develop a daily plan and execute a marketing strategy for designated territory
You will conduct structured sales presentations to existing and potential clients, including engaging demonstrations of chemicals, and closing on every visit
You will maintain contact with current clients to strengthen relationships and increase sales
You will ensure follow-up and response to customer needs in a timely manner
You will communicate with corporate contacts to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
You will work with sales managers to implement growth strategies
You will utilize a CRM sales tool to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
Skills and other requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR 2-4 Year Degree OR equivalent outside sales experience
3+ years Sales Experience (outside sales, retail sales management, or other relevant sales)
High energy and ambitious, with a “hunter” spirit
Some Business to Business Sales Experience
Consistent track record of success both personal and professional
Some technical knowledge (comfortable using contact management software and/or MS Office)
Industrial or Chemical sales experience a plus, but not required
